Our team of doctors provide care and advice to patients remotely, with the support of a nurse, who is physically present with the patient. Get a Healthforce-enabled nurse and doctor team to look after your care at your local pharmacy and at the lowest cost. These services are reimbursed by Discovery, Medshield, Sasolmed, KeyHealth, Unity Health, Kaelo, just to name a few.

Healthforce offers clinic management software that, amongst other system capabilities, sets up clinic nurses as the low-cost entry point into the healthcare system. The technology includes a telemedicine capability, which provides real-time video connections between patients and nurses with an on-demand remote doctor network.  The solution focuses on enabling multi-disciplinary team-based care.

Healthforce is implemented in close to 500 clinic rooms, mainly in pharmacies, across South Africa. It has handled over 2 million nurse consults and close to 150,000 telemedicine doctor consults.  

Healthforce aims to improve health outcomes, at a lower price point with increased patient satisfaction.

Healthforce operates in Dischem and Medicare pharmacies around South Africa, as well as some independent pharmacies. Several medical schemes, including Discovery, cover our telemedicine services.
