Yvette Ramos, MSW, LCSW, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as Therapy Network Manager at Headspace, where the focus is on integrating mindfulness tools with a human-centered model of care. Yvette is also the Executive Chair of the Latinx ERG, working to enhance Latine representation and foster community among over 60 employees. Additionally, Yvette is the Founder and Psychotherapist at Path To Rise Therapy, LLC, assisting clients with various mental health challenges. Previous roles include Program Coordinator and School Social Worker at Catholic Charities, where Yvette delivered trauma-focused counseling to diverse student populations, and a variety of clinical positions that established a strong foundation in community mental health and client advocacy. Yvette holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.
