Chad W. Anderson AIA, LEED AP is a managing principal and vice president with over 25 years of experience in architecture, specializing in large healthcare projects. Licensed since 2003, Chad has effectively delivered complex projects on time and within budget, balancing creative and sustainable design while fostering strong client relationships. Previously, Chad held roles at HDR as both a project manager and project architect, where they contributed to notable projects such as the new Parkland Hospital, and at HKS as an associate on significant healthcare facilities like Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center. Chad earned a Master of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University.
