Beth Frady, M.S., is a passionate and award-winning Senior Strategic Communications Consultant, currently leading freight rail communications at HDR. With nearly two decades of experience, they have developed and implemented successful communications and behavior change programs that have achieved measurable outcomes. Previously, Beth held key roles, including Communications Director for the Florida Department of Transportation and Director of Public Relations at Enterprise Florida. They earned a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Florida State University, where they also served as a Lead Instructor of Public Speaking. Throughout their career, Beth has emphasized the importance of clear, targeted messaging in shaping perceptions and storytelling.
