Andrew Wagner, P.E., PMP, is a highly experienced Senior Bridge Engineer and Bridge Designer at HDR since June 2018. In addition to this role, Andrew serves as the Committee Chair and Committee Member for the Standing Committee on Concrete Bridges at the Transportation Research Board since August 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Bridge Designer at FIGG from August 2015 to June 2018 and as a Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee from August 2014 to July 2015. Andrew holds both a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, achieved between 2010 and 2015. Andrew was also the Student Chapter President for ASCE from 2013 to 2014 and completed an internship at MLGW during the summer of 2012, contributing to gas main design and site planning.
