Smruti Desai has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, having held positions such as Senior Manager L&D at HDFC Life from 2016 to 2018 and Lead Instructional Designer at Hive Learning in 2019. Prior to these roles, Smruti served as Content Manager at Quadrum Solutions in 2011 and worked at TATA Interactive Systems from 2004 to 2010 as Lead ID/Content Developer. Smruti began their career as a Junior Instructional Designer at Gurukul Online Learning Solutions from 2002 to 2003.
