Halil Güler, CPA, has significant experience in financial management and auditing, having held various roles across reputable organizations. Notably, Halil served as Controlling & Reporting Manager at IC HOLDİNG, where responsibilities included in-depth financial performance analysis and assisting the CFO with policy enforcement. Subsequent positions at KPMG Turkiye involved progressively senior roles, culminating in the position of Audit Manager, with a focus on risk assessment and financial statement preparation in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP. Halil's expertise continues as Budget Reporting and Controlling Manager at HD Holding, while also previously working as Financial Control Manager at Georg Fischer. Halil holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from İstanbul Üniversitesi and an MBA from Galatasaray Üniversitesi.
