Timothy McGinnis is currently the Division Safety Director for HCA Corporate in the Midwest Division, where they ensure compliance with Environment of Care and Life Safety standards. Previously, McGinnis held various roles including Director of Plant Operations and Safety at Lee's Summit Medical Center, and Supervisor of Plant Operations at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, where they managed maintenance and compliance efforts. McGinnis served in the Army National Guard from 1985 to 1991, specializing in utilities equipment repair. They also have extensive experience as an HVAC Technician at QuikTrip from 1987 to 2004. McGinnis completed a certification in Utilities Equipment Repair, HVAC, and Electrical at the Missouri Army National Guard.
