Kyle Marden is the Corporate Director of Real Estate at HCA Healthcare, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, Kyle served as a Managing Director at CBRE from 2015 to 2019 and worked as a Business Leader for Healthcare in the South Region at Jacobs from 2019 to 2021. Between 2006 and 2015, they were the Vice President at Hammes Company and previously worked as a Project Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Kyle holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Houston, along with a degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
