Erin Molitoris Kelton is the Director of Community Engagement at HCA Healthcare, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Development Training Specialist at HCA Healthcare until 2025. Erin also founded Language Connect, LLC, where they provided language instruction to improve communication within construction companies from 2019 to 2020.
