C. Allison Smith, RN, BSN, MBA, is a Director of Payor Contracting and Alignment at HCA Healthcare, a position held since 2021. With over 20 years of experience in the health care field, they have previously served as a Case Manager and Utilization Review Supervisor at Erlanger Medical Center and Director of Case Management at both Rio Grande Regional Hospital and Tift Regional Health System. C. Allison also has experience as an Allscripts Trainer with CSI Consulting and as a Director of Managed Care Services at HCA Healthcare.
