Imke Mahner serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer for Germany and CEMEA at Hays, a role they have held since 2023. With a background in strategic human resources, they previously worked as Head of People & Culture for Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and as Director of Human Resources for Avis Budget Group. Imke earned a MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmith College London and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from London Southbank University. They are passionate about aligning organizational goals with individual needs, emphasizing respect, diversity, and employee engagement. Imke resides near Frankfurt and is a parent to two children.
