Andy Chang has a diverse work experience in the technology and supply chain management fields. Andy started their career as a Process Engineer at HAVI in 1997 before transitioning to the role of Solutions Consultant at Manugistics in 1999. Andy then joined Plan4Demand as a Senior Consultant in 2005, before returning to HAVI in 2006 as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Integrated Business Solutions. Andy later became the Director of Supply Chain Management and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology Asia at HAVI. In their various roles, Andy has demonstrated expertise in product management, functional expertise, and thought leadership.

Andy Chang pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1997. Later, they attended the University of Chicago from 2009 to 2012 to obtain a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
