Bethany Alfie is an Independent Non-Executive Director at FIL Holdings (UK) Limited and Hastings Direct, where they also serve as a member of the Audit and Risk Committees. They were previously the Chairman of the Board at ACS/XEDO from 2014 to 2016 and worked as an Associate Partner at Accenture from 2003 to 2006. Bethany is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Accounting and Management Control at The University of Sheffield, in addition to holding a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a Finance Specialism from The University of Huddersfield and being a qualified Cost and Management Accountant through The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
