Sanna Rissanen is currently the Founder and Director of My Human Self in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. They lead the Executive Leadership and Talent Development Program at IAG from 2021 to 2022 and have held various positions in leadership and organizational development, including Senior Manager at Commonwealth Bank and Manager at EY. Sanna also serves as a Senior Facilitator for Harvard Business Impact Enterprise and is an Advisory Board Member for The Leadership Experiment. They began their career as a Team Leader at Hydrogen Group and have accumulated extensive experience in consulting and talent management across notable organizations. Sanna is pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of South Australia, expected to complete in 2025.
