Dr. Leslie Torres-Rodríguez is an experienced educator and leader focused on driving complex systems change through innovation and co-designed leadership. With a background that includes roles as a school social worker, interim executive director, and various leadership positions such as Assistant Superintendent, Principal, and Superintendent/CEO, they have significantly contributed to the educational landscape. Currently, Dr. Torres-Rodríguez serves as a lecturer at Yale University while pursuing their degree at the University of Connecticut. Their prior experience also includes teaching as an adjunct professor and coordinating programs aimed at school improvement.
