Jim Cosco currently serves as the Vice President of Global Quality at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since December 2023 and is a part-time instructor in the College of Business Administration at Marquette University. With extensive experience in quality leadership, Jim held the same Vice President position at Johnson Controls from July 2020 to December 2023 and was the Vice President of Quality at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2011 to 2020. Previous roles include senior positions at Motorola, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Honeywell, focusing on quality management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies. Jim also contributes to the Milwaukee Area Technical College as a board member and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include an EMBA in Business & Quality from the UW Foster School of Business and a BSM in Management from Baker University.
