Jim Cowdery is the Vice President of Preconstruction at Hard Rock International, a position they have held since 2018. Previously, Cowdery served as Vice President of Preconstruction at Skanska from 2015 to 2018 and held various roles in other notable companies, including President of PV Operations at Regenesis Energy Services and Sr. Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle. Cowdery began their career in purchasing at Turner Construction Company from 1987 to 1994 and transitioned to operations roles at Posigen Green Grants and other firms. Cowdery earned a degree from the University of Florida from 1979 to 1982.
