Varun Sethi is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in logistics and trade management. Currently serving as the Head of Sales - BCO & Tenders for Hapag-Lloyd AG in the India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka region since May 2020, Varun previously held the role of Head of Sales Execution for the Americas within the same company. Prior to this, Varun worked at Maersk Line from August 2014 to May 2020 as Trade Manager for North America, where responsibilities included coordinating trade direction for the India & Bangladesh Cluster and setting sales targets. Varun's earlier experience includes serving as Key Account Manager in Marketing at Sterlite Industries, focusing on the sales and marketing of copper products. Varun holds a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from LIBA, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, Bhiwani.
