Tatsiana Razikava currently serves as the Category Lead IT Procurement – Software at Hapag-Lloyd AG since June 2023. Previously, Tatsiana worked at EOS Gruppe from May 2017 to June 2023 as an IT-Einkäuferin, where responsibilities included developing and implementing procurement strategies for software and IT services, conducting market analyses, managing supplier relations, and optimizing procurement processes. Tatsiana also held the position of Werkstudentin during this time, supporting budget planning, contract management, operational procurement, and reporting. Tatsiana earned a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Hamburg.
