Jim Nolta has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Manager for HVAC Module R&D at Hanon Systems since January 2007, focusing on product development for North and South America. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Visteon Corporation from October 1999 to January 2007, where responsibilities included Product Design Engineer and Product Designer. Jim holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Lawrence Technological University.
