Elaine Liz-Plowman, MAI, AI-GRS, CCIM, is the SVP and Chief Appraiser at Hancock and Whitney Bank, where they manage the commercial appraisal division. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal, Elaine has built and overseen appraisal departments across various firms, including serving as Vice President at Appraisal Company of Key West, Inc. They have developed expertise in real estate valuations, market analysis, and tax appeals, while also succeeding as a real estate investor. Elaine holds a BBA in Finance from Stetson University and was the valedictorian of Key West High School.
