Melysa Santye is a seasoned merchandising professional currently serving as VP of Merchandising and Planning at Hammitt. With 9 years of experience in building product assortments, forecasting demand, and driving sales and margin, Melysa has worked with both large brands and new-to-market companies. Previous roles include Merchandising and Planning Manager at Buck Mason, Merchant at Fanatics, and Senior Buyer & Planner at Z Supply. Melysa has a strong background in men’s and women’s apparel and excels in collaboration, communication, and leadership. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing at Florida State University.
