Emanuel Wanzek is a seasoned professional in project management and construction, currently serving as the Head of Execution and a Member of the Executive Board at Halter AG since November 2016. Emanuel has held various roles including Overall Project Manager and Project Manager in Execution. Prior experience includes serving as Site Manager at Allreal Generalunternehmung AG from May 2012 to October 2016. Emanuel holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on General Management and Marketing from the same institution (2014-2019). Additionally, Emanuel has completed technical education with a Federal Diploma as a Construction Draftsman and achieved Technical Maturity at GBW Gewerbliche Berufsschule Wetzikon.
