Susan Lay is a versatile filmmaker and actor with a strong background in performance arts and simulation roles in educational settings. Since September 2019, Susan has been self-employed as a filmmaker, after earning a Master's degree in Film and Television from Falmouth University in 2019. Previous experience includes working as a simulated patient for both Imperial College London and the University of Exeter, providing role-play feedback for medical students. Additionally, Susan has served as a role-player for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Crisis Leadership Course and has acted in various performances with Fragments (International Ensemble). Currently, Susan holds a position as an Associate Director/Practitioner at Hall for Cornwall, leading youth theatre programs for ages 6 to 21.
