Sanjeev Khanna is a seasoned Field Service Engineer at Hach, bringing extensive experience in customer relationship management and technical service delivery. They have a strong background in instrumentation for water and wastewater plants, complemented by a proven track record of effectively reducing costs and improving productivity. Previously, Sanjeev served as IT Head of Operations at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, overseeing a team of 15 managers and implementing IT infrastructures across multiple retail locations. They also held the position of Manager Technology at Netlink in Dubai, where they focused on innovative technology solutions and client relations. Sanjeev achieved their ITIL® V3 Foundation certification in 2011 and graduated with distinction in Electrical Engineering from A.M.I.E. in 1986.
