Sally Aguilar-Robertson is currently the Director of the Contact Center at H-E-B and has owned SGA Robertson Consulting since 2014. Previously, they served as the Director of Fanatical Support and Sr. Director of Cloud Support at Rackspace, where they led operations and strategic projects to enhance customer loyalty and employee engagement. Additionally, Sally co-founded The Workery in 2015 and worked as a Business Analyst at Pecan Street Capital from 2016 to 2019. Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a certificate from the Rackspace Leadership Development Program at The University of Texas at Austin.
