Rafael Simon Urbina Olibar is an award-winning producer with over 20 years of experience in live entertainment, branded experiences, and content production. They currently serve as the Executive Director of Production at My Code, overseeing the strategic execution of content and managing various teams. Previous roles include serving as a producer at Remezcla and as Show Production Director for EBG Entertainment Business Group and Nem Productions, C.A. Rafael's background also includes significant contributions as a musician and producer at Estudio Pararrayos and Tornasolado Estudio. They earned a law degree from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and hold certificates in media broadcasting and event production.
