Catherine Smith serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Guidepoint. Previously, Catherine held the position of Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division, Market Abuse Unit at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Catherine began their legal career as an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Catherine earned a law degree from St. John's University School of Law, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1996.
