Sofia Baptista is currently the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Leader at GuestReady, driving talent acquisition strategy and overseeing operations across EMEA. With a diverse background, Sofia previously served as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner and HRBP at NuCorp, where they led recruitment and HR operations in various industries and managed cross-border teams. Sofia's experience also includes roles as an International Recruiter at Teleperformance Portugal and an International Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sitel, focusing on enhancing candidate experience and recruitment efficiency. They hold a Postgraduate Degree in People's Management from Porto Business School and worked as a Clinical Psychologist from 2009 to 2018.
