Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at Lincoln Financial Group, including Director of Financial Claims Support and Director of Administrative Services, focusing on process improvements and operational efficiency. Samantha also has a background in social media management and marketing from their time at CAREEREALISM, where they facilitated community engagement and brand storytelling. They are pursuing an MA in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and hold dual BA degrees in Communication and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
