Cecília Andreucci, PhD, serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors and chairs the ESG Committee at Guararapes, where additional roles include Audit Committee Member. At Grupo Boticário, Cecília contributes as an Audit & Risk Committee Member, while also serving on the Fiscal Council of Iguatemi S.A. since April 2024. Involved with IBGC since 2009, Cecília holds multiple positions including Board Member, Lecturer, and member of various commissions. As a member and Angel Investor at Gavea Angels, Cecília also holds a position on the Board of Directors. Previously, Cecília was a Visiting Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and served on advisory boards for Grupo Rota Oeste and Tagia Importadora. Cecília's academic credentials include a PhD in Communication Sciences from USP and an MCB from Harvard Business School, among others.
