Victoria DeLuce is currently the SVP of Finance at Rate, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as EVP of Capital Markets and Growth at Princeton Mortgage and held various leadership roles at the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, including State Board President. Victoria's early career featured roles as an accountant and trader at companies such as Quicken Loans and Delmar Mortgage. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Walsh College and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Oakland Community College.
