Allana Condron is an Operations and HR Manager at GTES, serving as an Elected Councillor for the City of Wagga Wagga, and holding board positions with Riverina Water and RMHC South West. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor and People and Culture Manager at Hutcheon & Pearce, where they oversaw various HR functions. Allana’s community engagement includes roles as an Equity Project Officer and Customer Service Officer with Wagga Wagga City Council. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Charles Sturt University, Allana is dedicated to fostering people and culture initiatives that promote psychological wellbeing and diversity.
