Zübeyde Çelik's work experience begins in 2017 when they worked as a Çalışan at Tuba Çini, where they were responsible for coloring tiles with beads and shaping ceramic clay. In 2019, they interned at Şensoylar Klape Tesişat Malz. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., gaining practical experience in the field. In 2020, they interned as an İnsan Kaynakları Stajyeri at Zorlu Gayrimenkul. Later that year, they became a Brand Representative at Vera Etkinlik Ajansı, a role they held until February 2021. Starting in September 2021, Zübeyde worked as a Business Process Management Intern at Anka Coğrafi Bilgi Teknolojileri, where they contributed to preparing documents in the audit process and gained proficiency in using Redmine and Jira programs. In August 2022, they transitioned into a Project Engineer role at KCA Knowledge Capital Agency Danışmanlık. Currently, Zübeyde is a Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Consultant at GTech (G Teknoloji Bilişim San ve Tic AŞ.), starting in October 2022.

Zübeyde ÇELİK obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, graduating in 2021. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired several certifications. In June 2022, they received a certification in Microsoft Azure Administration from Techcareer.net. Zübeyde also completed the "Veri Ambarı ve İş Zekası Eğitimi" at GTech (G Teknoloji Bilişim San ve Tic AŞ.) in July 2022. Furthermore, they completed the "SabancıDx - Wtech Akademi Veri Analitiği Eğitimi" from Teknolojide Kadın Derneği in April 2022. Zübeyde obtained proficiency in SQL through certifications from HackerRank in February 2022 and from YTÜ Mint Kulübü in December 2021. In November 2020, they completed the "Career Up" program offered by Marmara Industrial Engineering Society. Zübeyde also acquired certifications in various areas such as "Dijital Pazarlama Uzmanlığı," "Etkili Sunum Teknikleri Eğitimi," "Instagram'da Etkili Satış Yapma Teknikleri," and "AvivasaKep Sertifikası" from institutions like İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü and AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat, all in 2020.
