Hadley Beeman is an accomplished freelance consultant, specializing in areas such as cyber security, technology governance, and product management, a role they have held since 2004. They served as Chief Technology Advisor to the Secretary of State at the Department of Health and Social Care from 2018 to 2021 and have held various advisory and leadership positions, including Senior Technical Advisor to the Government CTO and Acting Chief Technology Officer at NHSX.
