Emanuelle Zanotto has over a decade of experience in human resources, beginning as an intern at Manager RH and Keeper Recursos Humanos Ltda in 2002 and 2004, respectively. Emanuelle served as an Analista de RH at Electrolux from December 2004 to July 2007, focusing on Training and Development. Subsequently, Emanuelle worked at Grupo Boticário from August 2014 to March 2018 in various roles, including Senior People Management Analyst, HR Business Partner for the Financial Directorate, and Expert HR Business Partner for the Executive Directorate of RGM and Demand, as well as for the Supply Chain and Product Performance areas. Prior experience includes serving as Coordinator of HR Management at Ouro Verde Locação e Serviços S.A from July 2007 to May 2014, overseeing Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, and Social Responsibility. Emanuelle holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná and a specialization in Strategic People Management from UNIFAE.
