Brechje Merckx is the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at Grundfos, bringing over seven years of experience in the DEI field. Previously, Brechje served as the Global DEI Manager at ALSTOM, leading initiatives to advance diversity and inclusion within the organization. In addition to this role, Brechje volunteered as a DEI Coordinator at VESTROCK, contributing to community-focused inclusive experiences. Brechje also held various positions at The Dow Chemical Company, including DSS Implementation Specialist and Training Coordinator, where they developed and managed training programs and implementation projects. Brechje holds degrees in Law from Universiteit Maastricht and Germanic Languages from Universiteit Gent.
