Kathy Huang Xu has a strong background in finance and accounting, with significant experience in leadership roles across various companies. Most recently, Kathy served as Chief Financial Officer at GrubMarket Inc. and previously held positions as VP of Finance and Corporate Controller. Prior roles include Senior Director and Corporate Controller at AMS, Director of Revenue Recognition and Technical Accounting at Gainsight, and Senior Revenue Manager at RMS. Kathy began her career at PwC as an Experienced Assurance Manager specializing in the software and internet market. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics.
