John Lucas is a retired Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with over three decades of experience in global Human Resources leadership. They held CHRO positions at Fortune 50, 150, and 200 companies, including Lockheed Martin, Goodyear, and Stanley Black & Decker. Currently, John serves as the Principal at True North Human Capital Consulting, LLC, and advises on the boards of CloneForce and GrowthSpace. They have a notable track record in cultural transformation and talent development, mentoring future leaders across various industries. John is pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations at Saint Francis University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College.
