Molly Hiller is the President of Growth Operators, where they oversee end-to-end finance, accounting, and human resources transformation services for mid-sized companies. Previously, Molly held roles as Director of Client Services at GO Intellectual Capital and Consultant at AVL Growth Partners. They started their career as an Accountant at Target and later worked as a Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. Molly earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
