Groundswell Community Project is a women-led nonprofit redefining healing through surf therapy, community building, and ocean connection.

Rooted in mental health advocacy, social justice, and environmental stewardship, we create inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the sea. Through our local and international programs, we use the transformative power of the ocean to support emotional healing, foster self-expression, and build resilient communities.

We envision a world where all people — regardless of background, identity, or access — can experience the healing, joy, and empowerment that come from bold engagement with nature, creativity, and community.
