Previously, Anthony held various engineering and managerial roles at Griffith Foods, contributing significantly to operational transformation and continuous improvement. They earned a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, complementing their Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
