To-Duyen Do is a Principal Technologist at Griffith Foods, where they focus on snack flavor development. Previously, they served as a Flavorist for MANE, managing projects and sourcing trendy raw materials while ensuring the functionality of seasonings. To-Duyen began their career as a Flavorist trainee at Sensient Technologies Corporation and later worked as a Flavorist assistant at Laboratoires Phodé. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Université Paris Sud and a Master's degree in Formulation and Sensory Evaluation from ISIPCA.
