Louise Donn is the Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt Advisory at Gresham Partners, where they develop and execute complex debt financing solutions for corporate and private equity clients. With prior experience as Managing Director at Grant Samuel from 2011 to 2021 and Assistant Director at Rothschild from 2004 to 2011, they have led transactions across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Louise earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham and completed their GAICD at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2017.
