A GreenYellow nasceu em 2007 na França. Com atuação nas áreas de eficiência energética, geração solar, comercializadora de energia e soluções digitais. Hoje opera globalmente mais de 2600 projetos de eficiência energética e possui mais de 335 MWp instalados em diversas usinas solares na França, Brasil, Colômbia, Tailândia, Oceano Índico, Marrocos e Senegal.

No Brasil desde 2013, opera atualmente mais de 1000 projetos de eficiência energética em diversos segmentos, com uma redução média de 25% do consumo. Em Energia solar, possui mais de 40 usinas em construção ou operação, somando 120 MWp de potência instalada, o suficiente para abastecer mais de 139 mil lares.
