Takira joined GreenLight Fund in August 2022, bringing over seven years of fundraising to the GreenLight External Affairs team.
Takira graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in Sociology in 2012. She gained her fundraising experience, with a specific focus on operations and donor stewardship, from her experience as an AmeriCorps VISTA and during her tenure at Teach for America.
