Siobhan McLaughlin currently serves as the Senior OD and Leadership Manager at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since December 2019, having previously held the roles of Organisational Development and Culture Manager. Prior to this, Siobhan worked at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service from February 2015 to December 2019 as an OD, Leadership and Wellbeing Associate Partner and HR Advisor. Siobhan holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from The University of Manchester, and is currently pursuing further education at Manchester Metropolitan University.
