Juliana Enders is the Director of Talent and Operations at Great Day Improvements, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Juliana contributed significantly as a Career Navigator and later as a Career Developer for Michigan Works! Berrien Cass Van Buren from 2008 to 2012. They also held various positions at Wilson, serving as Recruitment Operations Manager and Team Lead Recruitment from 2018 to 2025. Additionally, Juliana worked as a Talent Advisor with IBM Kenexa supporting Whirlpool Corporation between 2012 and 2016. Juliana is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science/Economics at Northern Michigan University.
