Frank Baas is a human geneticist with extensive experience in the fields of genome analysis and neurogenetics. They have held prominent positions, including Diagnostic Advisor at GenomeScan since 2022, and served as a Professor at Leiden University Medical Center until 2023. Previously, they were Chief Scientific Officer at both Regenesance BV and Complement Pharma, and held academic roles at the Academic Medical Center / University of Amsterdam. Baas earned a PhD in Human/Medical Genetics from the University of Amsterdam and has contributed significantly to research on neurodegenerative disorders throughout their career.
